"Michael and I are writing on behalf of your excellent customer service as our property manager. Since moving here from Virginia, you have always given us prompt answers to any questions as well as resolving any problems that may have come up. In addition, we would like to thank you for making our transition to the local area easy and pleasant. If you need any references, we would be happy to speak to or email anyone that requests it."
It has been a wonderful experience to have Dawn as my Property Manager. She is a very pleasant person to work ad deal with, and she goes beyond the call of duty. As a tenant, we had some issues with our townhouse when we first moved in, she got the issue taken care of in a timely manner. She is a very reliable person and easy to work with. I have recommended dawn to several of our clients that wanted to have a property management company, and she has taken very good care of them. I would highly recommend her again."
