To reserve a property you are interested in, you will need to put a good faith deposit down that could be equal to the amount of the first month's rent. This deposit will be due AT THE TIME OF SHOWING. This deposit will insure that the property will be taken off the market immediately and secured for your move in. All fees, deposits and move in funds must be in Certified Funds Only.

Rents are due the first of the month. You have a grace period until the 3rd day of the month before you incur any late rent or fees. If it is mailed, it must be postmarked by the 1st or it is automatically late. If you have set up for online payments, you may access your payment account by logging into the RESIDENT PORTAL.
